We specialize in forwarding parcels from India to destinations worldwide. Our services include package consolidation, repackaging, and secure delivery through reputed courier partners.
1.2. Courier Partners
We partner with leading logistics providers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and others to ensure timely and reliable deliveries.
1.3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time is typically 7-10 business days depending on the destination, shipping method selected, and customs clearance. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs inspections, weather conditions, or operational issues.
- Shipping Process
2.1. Package Receipt and Notification
- Once your package arrives at our secure warehouse, we will notify you via email and/or through your account dashboard.
- Photos or videos of the received package can be provided upon request for an additional fee.
2.2. Package Consolidation and Repackaging
- You may opt for package consolidation to combine multiple parcels into one shipment to save on shipping costs.
- Repackaging services are available to ensure the safety and security of your shipment.
- Indiadel reserves the right to open all the parcels received from the seller.
2.3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the greater of actual weight or dimensional weight.
- You will be notified of the total charges before dispatch, and payment must be made prior to shipping.
2.4. Prohibited Items
- It is the user’s responsibility to ensure compliance with the destination country's import laws.
- Prohibited or restricted items will not be accepted for forwarding.
- Delivery and Tracking
4.1. Delivery Services
- Doorstep delivery is offered in most locations, subject to availability of courier services in the destination country.
4.2. Tracking
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
4.3. Missed Deliveries
- If delivery is attempted and fails due to the recipient's unavailability or incorrect address, the shipment may incur additional fees for re-delivery or return.
4.4. Claims
- In case of loss or damage, claims must be reported within 7 business days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
- Claims will be processed in accordance with the courier partner’s policy.
- Customs Duties
- The recipient (consignee) is responsible for paying all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees if any imposed by the destination country’s customs authority.
Documentation Requirements:
- Commercial invoice.
- Packing list.
- Import/export licenses (if applicable).
- Any additional documentation as required by the destination country.
If customs duties are not paid by the consignee within a specified time, the package may be:
- Returned to the sender.
- Held in customs until payment is received.
- Disposed of by customs if unclaimed.
Additional Charges: Storage fees or penalties may be imposed for delays in customs clearance.
